We coach leaders, their teams, and family members over the telephone and have done so effectively long before the pandemic drove many people to work from home. Whether we are working with a small family owned business or a multi national organization with over 100,000 employees our proprietary coaching models provide actionable insights and customized practices that insures that what was once a good idea becomes a way of life.
In summary, it was one of the best hours I’ve ever experienced in my life – truly magical and enlightening! Through a series of facilitated dialogs the Starquest team guides the leadership team to create a team Gift Statement.
Found within the team's Gift statement lies the nature of their Noble Purpose.
Purpose is an on going direction that brings meaning to activity.

Burton, a scientist and leading expert in the field of precision manufacturing and design engineering, has consulted with such companies as Disneyland, Southern California Edison, and TDK.
He has been instrumental in providing customized solutions that dramatically impact efficiencies, performance, and production. His manufacturing firm maintained double-digit profit margins since its inception before being sold.
If you don’t happen to notice Burton riding around the suburbs of Seattle on his e bike you will find him hiking, sailing, or gardening.
Nikki Nemerouf
Nikki, for the past 30 years, has been a thought leader in the field of human development. He is a former college instructor, psychotherapist, and corporate trainer. He has conducted such programs as Communication Seminar for the 1984 Olympic Organizing Committee; Train the Trainer programs for McDonnell Douglas Corp, UTI, and the Internal Revenue Service.
He designed and delivered mental fitness programs for the U.C.L.A. golf team and several members of the P.G.A. tour.
These days Nikki is passionate about water conservation combined with either playing and/or coaching fellow senior citizens to play better Pickleball.
The Core Model
Together, they have developed a coaching model (entitled the Core Model) that helps leaders and their teams to develop a high performance mindset.
Through the principles and practices found within the Core Model, leaders and their teams step beyond the familiar past and predictable futures into a way of being that is joyous, collaborative, and inspiring

Since 1998, the Starquest team has delivered over 500 seminars to the Vistage and TEC communities.
We have provided Leadership Coaching services to leaders from Lionsgate, The Universal Picture Group, Dreamworks, Ellis Paint, Amazon, Intel, Microsoft, Baker Brothers, and Google.
Performance Coaching
The same coaching process that enabled Shaq O'Neal to have a significant breakthrough in performance during the 2002-03 basketball season leading to winning the NBA Championship has helped hundreds of leaders take command of their focus during challenging times.
